Just wondeering, I'm applying for a medical card but my doctor lives about 30 minutes drive away.
Will I have to register with a new nearer doctor or can I stick with him? I live near dublin so it's not like my choice of doctors is limited, I just like one that I'm used to.

As long as your doctor is accepting new medical card patients you should be fine.

You'll be fine, I'm in the same boat.

Do doctors usually charge to sign the form that is part of the application process?
