    Yeah I watched it. I was starving after it, even the humble burger looked unreal.

    He's good to watch is Valentine. Real enthusiastic about the food and its flavours. I saw him on another programme and he was talking about his life... 'when I was 5 and having dinner with Paul Newman..'
    He comes from wealth and it was interesting hearing how he grew up, how he developed his love of food and ingredients.
