Where does one post to ask a question about An Post?

Anyway, if you have a letter / package with FreePost address, is it possible to get proof of postage or a receipt?

If not I can save myself a trip and just put it into the post box.

even when you pay for postage that is not registered you don't get a receipt.

U can get proof of postage once you present letter at the counter (obviously) and they post it

You can if you ask for 'proof of postage'
