Chinese bikes? Save yourself money in the long run and a lot of hassle by not buying a chinese bike

Where will you get consumables/spares? Even in the UK with a few companies importing road bikes, which are generally POS commuters, spares are a problem. Bringing your own motorcross bike will mean no spares available so you'd need to order from China, if they do spares.

From reading an article in last weeks or the weeks before MCN they still haven't sorted out QC, don't think I'd want to be doing jumps on a bike not conforming to EU or any country bar China's type approval.

Save yourself the money and buy a known brand 2nd hand bike.
