never saw one as an aftermarket part, can you not make one? failing that a m203 can be bought new from hong kong for €50-60 with shipping.

try asking on adverts, a lot of people have a 203 launcher and just use the RIS attachment so may have the barrel clamp spare. otherwise like Lar said use a tie back

What type of M203 launcher? There are several different types, and not all parts are cross compatible.

Like Thermo said, I've never seen one aftermarket before. However, as T4RGET pointed out many people will be mounting their M203 launchers via the RIS adapters, so you should be able to find one going spare. Just stick up a wanted ad!
