Anyone any experience with damp and mildew in Robswall, Malahide? Is this a common problem in the development? Is yes, have you got rid of it?

    Have you used dehumidiator?

Damp and mildew can affect anywhere.

Make sure the property is properly ventilated and when the walls are dry, clean them with a mild bleach or mildew-specific cleaning product.

Used to like in a duplex in Park view part - no such problems apart from a tiny bit of damp inside the front door.

I found the place freezing - the seal on the doors and windows were awful. Ventilation definitely not a problem
