Holiday recommendation for young family

HI, Looking to go on hols sometime early December. We have a 3 year old and a 4 month old. Looking for somewhere that is really suited for young families and a bit sunny. We have been to Lanzorote twice already and don't fancy going back. Any other suggestions? As much info as possible appreciated. thanks.

My 3 year old and 1 year old had a ball in Menorca.
Everywhere catered for children.
