Grant Question

Ok another question on the grant, I did two years at level 7, would the fact that Im starting a new level 8 course next year mean id be eligible for the grant as its not level 7, ive heard that I can get the grant, any info appreciated

Yes you would be entitled to a grant because you are progressing. Only if you fulfill particular requirements though.

Right but does the fact i dropped out of the level 7 course make a difference?

Yes. If you already got a grant for year 1 and 2, you will not get the grant again until year 3 of your new course. Ok I so, would the fact i repeated second year count as year one or would year one of the 5 be the year after i repeated?
