Total War - Playing as Ireland

    Anyone play as Ireland, or have mods that allow you to play as Ireland?

    Medieval Total War kingdoms is very good, always enjoy playing as the Irish in that.

    Thinking of picking up Empire or Napoleon, do either of them allow you to play as Ireland? Would be very cool to play the 1798 rebellion, with Napoleons troops coming over to help etc...

    Here's a mod for Empire Total War which allows you to play as Ireland.

    You could also try out games like Europa Universallis, which allow you to play as individual provinces within Ireland.

    I play crusader kings 2 which also allows you to do that... very good games the pair of them

    Theres some mods for Med 2 that allow you to play as Ireland in the Grand Campaign. Stainless Steel was a good one but they removed the Irish faction after the 6.1 version.:(

    hah! Should revert back to Medieval Total War! It let you play as Ireland and England as a whole..

    Then they released Medieval Total War: Viking Invasion which centered on Ireland and England only and the seperate counties within each Country!

    Its old... but still good! And still runs on windows 7/8 !

    You might need to revert the graphics card drivers though.
