2012 Ford Transit - Brake Problems

    I have a 6 month old, 2012 transit which is going back to the dealer for the 4th time next week to have a repair carried out on the brake system. the problem its showing is;
    in reverse while braking + steering at the same time, there is an enormous noise from the rear of the van. its a metal on metal rubbing sound. after each repair this noise is getting louder.
    i have been told a few different solutions by ford, "handbrake cable needed to be cable tied tighter!, new handbrake cable rigging needed to be fitted, brake discs needed to be chamfored, we have to get guidance from ford uk" but the latest iv been told is that "there is an issue with the brake systems in 2010 - 2012 transits and any transit driver with vans this age will tell me the same."
    i traded a 2010 transit for the 2012 and this is news to me.
    also my dealer have said that the individual dealerships have to come up with their own solution to the problem because ford dont have one.

    can anybody offer me any advice or confirm anything from above as im getting nowhere with the dealer.
    im at the stage now where reversing into my driveway during the night is waking people up, and ford are telling me that this is normal.

    thanks motorists

    The link is a .pdf of the vans specs. Just to save everyone from having to access them. Not at all qualified to answer your query but it was the first thing that occurred to me. Was trying to imagine what could be happening while turning, reversing and braking at the same time.

    thanks for that, im not even looking for a solution neccessarily , but if this was an issue for other drivers id love to know. its driving me mad and iv no way of confirming whether what my dealer is saying is true or not. id imagine if it was a weight issue though they'd have blamed that straight away though.
