    Hi all,

I am wondering what the procedure is when a service provider does not comply with the ruling of the FSO? I have seen this but it seems to refer to the investigation

Side question - in the event the Ombudsman's ruling is called into question (clarification on issues) what happens?

Most financial services staff are criminals supported by government.
Courts could easily take 20 years. There was a program on television
about bankers smoking drugs on the job.

    Banks can refuse to pay.

Courts and Ombudsman are there to fool you into thinking
Ireland has a legal system when it is Irish Government
and bankers doing what they want.

This is why most of the country do not pay taxes to
criminal government like 10 billion plus US companies
    paying 1 % tax.

You could try a solictor for advise.

At least that would be more useful than your post.

Please don't pull up old threads, which is against the forum charter. Even less welcome is doing so to post spurious nonsense.
