Halloween party tricks

Halloween is nearly here and I'd love to try a few chemistry related party tricks. I would love to pick up some hydrogen peroxide and potassium iodide and maybe a little HCl. I've looked at pricing from full blown chemical distributors but I don't want much of any of these. It's just for a little bit of fun on Halloween…

Is there anywhere where I could pick some of this stuff up in smaller quantities?

You could try Omnipedia on Georges Street. They sell some chemicals in small amounts (you don't have to buy a minimum five kilos etc.)
