telivision problem

    in the last week my tv has been acting up..half of my screen goes fuzzy which leaves me with half a picture ..its like a line goes straight across the tv horizontally ..any ideas or is it on the way out ...

    Sounds like the power supply is failing, as it's an older CRT type TV (the fault sounds like it is anyway), it's probably not worth repairing.

    I can move this post to the (tech) TV forum if you like.

    I know someone with the same problem.. Has only happened since Saorview started and this is a saorview approved tv. Don't know if its a signal issue or what because the tv is less than 2 years old
