Laptop for Streaming

    Hi folks, my Dad is currently looking to get himself a new laptop, budget is in and around the 400 mark.

    It'll be mainly used to stream the likes of SkyGo, iPlayer etc, he's currently getting a lot of lag with his current one.

    I'm steering him the way towards a desktop but portability is a big thing for him.

    Any recommendations?
