I can't use Paypal atm

Hi, It asked me to send identity info - bill and personal which I did. Nothing has changed - paypal still says click to resolve. I can see my two documents are uploaded tho. I tried sending paypal an email and they said they always get back in one or two days - this was a good few days ago. Now ebay are sending me warnings…

Hi,
It asked me to send identity info - bill and personal which I did. Nothing has changed - paypal still says click to resolve. I can see my two documents are uploaded tho.

I tried sending paypal an email and they said they always get back in one or two days - this was a good few days ago.

Now ebay are sending me warnings because I can't pay their fees.

Any idea what I should do?
