    As for cheap tyres, just pick the cheapest from Halfords...

    If you are going to use the turbo a lot you can get special tyres - here are a few options. The turbo should not damage your wheel, but it is better having a separate one you can put on and save the hassle of changing tyres over

    Those are only compatible with SPD style pedals unfortunately. I actually can't find a set that are compatible with road-type clipless.

    I would have thought you could drill them for 3-point cleats. Expensive tho.
