    Ok straight to the point.

During intercoarse with my parnter I find it hard to go the distance. I do and can wait till she is ready to climax together but it is a struggle. I most likely have to stop the proces. I have took my time before but it doesn't happen to often.

I would like to be able to go at a good pace for a while and mess around.

Is this normal or is there anything I can do to slow down

Is it just excitement or what.

    Genuine advice accepted thanks.

Firstly, I wouldn't worry about the above too much. While it's nice to be able to climax together, it's not always the case for most couples. I suggest when you feel like getting close that you stop and either masturbate her or perform oral sex to allow her to 'catch up'. The variation of sensations should help her along. When she feels close you can continue having sex with her, or keep doing what you're doing. It's not unusual for a couple to be at different stages during sex, so try not to worry about it.

Cock rings are really good for making a guy last longer, it might also help her along too :) they're really cheap from Ann summers and the packaging is discreet if you don't have a shop near you
