2007 focus 1.6 tdci egr valve location?

    right lads I have. 2007 focus estate with the heap of a 1.6 tdci engine.
    I've done the dpf.. and turbo yesterday but now code po42e is coming up on the engine system fault which I believe is the egr value but I can't seem to locate it
    can anyone point me in the right direction? picture would be great

    Hope you flushed out the engine well and removed the turbo feed pipe gause before your fitted your new turbo..?

    I'm presuming my mechanic did as I didn't fit it myself.. I got a pipe kit for it too so he changed all the pipes too

    No problem,
    It is very important to follow the correct procedure when replacing turbos on the dv6 engine...If your mechanic has done a few of these then he should have it off to a tee..:)

    Are you sure the fault code was P042e...:confused:
    Maybe it was...
    P0402 EGR Flow Excessive Detected
