Tax Clearance

    Hello,

    Sorry if this has been asked before (I tried to search for it already) but im in the process of setting up a business & was querying how one would go about getting

    - evidence of tax clearance
    - a certificate of registration of the business name (I intend to operate as a sole trader

    Any help is much appreciated

    Apply to Revenue for a tax clearance cert.

    Fill in form RBN1 and submit to the CRO for biz name.

    If your an employee,you need to fill out a TC1 form and form 12 and send it back to your local revenue office.
    All can be downloaded from revenue website.
