I'm considering getting this done to my car.
I'd be looking to get it done something like the example in the picture below.
Has anyone gotten this done or can anyone recommend someone to do this?

    I'm able to use Google.
I'm more interested in hearing from people who've actually had this done and can speak from experience.

Friend of mine got his black e60 wrapped white and left the roof black. He's fairly happy with it and the quality with the work, he also has black alloys not to dissimilar to those in the matt black pic, it looks nice in fairness. He got it done about a year ago and so far so good he hasnt had any chips, peels cracks etc with it.

I also have an e60 but personally I dont think id ever get the exterior fully wrapped. I cant fully explain why not, i just feel like its a current fad and might look tacky in a year or two, Kinda like two tone or metal flake paint back in the day...Plus as far as i know, its not that straight forward to get it removed even though it doesnt harm the paint you still have to get a specialist to remove it. I dunno, maybe im just old school. AFAIK the new RS Focus is actually wrapped matt black rather than sprayed. If your going to go ahead with it just make sure you do your research and you find a reputable wrapper as ive seen some cars and vans esspecially where it looks poorly done.

BTW.....at the same time he got the exterior, he also got the interior wrapped in black carbon fibre which I am seriously thinking about getting done as it looks amazing, waay better than the standard interior. They basically wrap any panel (including the steering wheel where the controls are) that has the standard black or grey plastic panel. So the surround for the cd tray, plastic bit around the idrive screen, sections of the door trims etc. That looks really really well on his car and is something I would be tempted to get done.

Some pics would be great if you have any?
    Cheers.

It's ony the RS500 that has that Matte Black wrap, but it does look well on it.

Although in saying that, if you take it off and do a paint correction on the Panther Black underneath...

    Stunning!

He got it done in a place in Limerick cos he lives down that neck of the woods. I can pm you details etc if you want as i dont want to get in trouble with the mods for advertising.

As for pix, ill email him and ask him for some but the exterior looks very similar to this job

and the interior looks similar to this.....except its an e39

Yeah, but using a wax that costs over a grand a tub you'd expect something pretty special, haha!
