Our iMac at home has to have its hard drive replaced under warranty. It has Parallels installed on it to enable us to use Windows 7, Outlook 2007, and Office student edition 2007. Outlook has a one-machine licence, as does Office. Will it be possible to re-install the programs using the existing keys? Or will we have to purchase them again?

Yes re-installing them will be no problem, as they are still being installed on the same machine (as an OEM license was used). If Windows or Office fail to activate, do activate by phone>when it fails tell the customer rep the story with the hard disk replacement and they will give you an unlock code
