Single White Dove - help needed

Four days ago a single white dove appeared in our yard. It seems very use to humans and isn't bothered by our horses either.

I have checked with the local wedding venue and they haven't had any releases.

The bird is quite happy and eating well, but as I know they pair for life I am concerned for it.

Does anyone know if anyone has lost a white dove and/or know someone near Nenagh/Portumna who has white doves and can help with a partner.

And no - I don't know the sex of the bird!!!!!!!!

    Thanks:)

Great news - the sun came out today and after a good breakfast "it" must have decided it could find its way home.

Last time I saw it was around mid-day, not a cloud in the sky:D
