Sky and CCTV distribution around tv

Hope someone can help. I have a antenna on my roof and feed it to a combiner where I add in a feed from sky and an output from my CCTV system. The tv signal is amplified at by a mast head amp only. My problem us the quality of the picture from the CCTV and sky are quiet poor. If I remove the antenna input the sky and CCTV picture improves to almost perfect.

I suspect the antenna is picking up rf interference on across the tv bands.

I live in Howth and I am able to pickup freeview from NI. So I would be reluctant to reduce the gain on the masthead amp.

I think my amp only amplifies the bands I require (bc I think but not sure)

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I had hoped once the analogue signal was switched off the picture would improve

Almost certainly digital signals on the same RF channel as the Sky box and CCTV system. You need to change the RF outputs to clear channels.

Depending on what terrestrial UHF channels you receive you could use a grouped combiner as a filter of the noise from the aerial onto your in-house modulator channels:

If all your terrestrial signals were above ch 37 you could use
the part number 370685 on this pdf:
    http://www.triax.co.uk/upload/masthead_09.pdf

you could place both your inhouse signals below ch 35 and input them to the low channels port, then your terrestrial channels (37 and up) from the masthead amplifier go to the high-channel port.
