    Sold my Seiko Sumo.

Buyer came back and said there was a deep scratch on the face

    I saw nothing....

they said this was like Fraud...

I asked do they want to keep or a full refund

I told them what Fraud means and introduced them to the word Libel

I also told them that on return, I will be bringing it to my watch Maker and getting a full report and to check the internals are correct to the original watch and that they haven't changed it, then I will be speaking about Fraud..

I reckon they are looking for a few quid back...

One cropped up on Ebay (item# 150923063994) the same day you sold yours on Adverts.ie, seller thebanditgolf, same pics and description as on adverts. I bid for it but didn't win.

Is there something funny going on here?

Where does the libel come in - did they post this publicly or something?

he emailed me and said this was fraud.....and would advise his lawyer and Ebay of this

However, have been in contact and he apologised for the language used and that he wasn't implying anything

I agreed to give him back a few quid to get the lens polished

    All closed and dandy
