Saorview on this TV?

Hi lads - have this reserved for my folks - can anyone confirm that it will pick up saorview? I know it says in the spec that it does, but dont trust argos!

It says it's a saorview TV in the listing.

ASELKDVD1988 Is the only 19" TV approved by saorview. When I searched that in argos it gave the TV you linked so you should be good to go.

thanks for that - im still a bit wary, the exact same tv (i think) is on sale in the UK

the price seems really cheap for a combo too

Why would it being on sale in the UK be a problem?

It might be an old model. It is only HD ready as well which is 720p as opposed to Full HD which is 1080p.

Some TVs can pick up both Freeview and Saorview. It is however a different model on the English site.

The Irish one is ASELKDVD1988. This won't show up on the English site.
The English one is AELKDVD1988. This won't show up on the Irish site.

I'd bet my bottom Euro they are lying or just plain stupid.
