rear tooth extraction

Hi,just wondering what to expect need to get a tooth (molar) i think its called 2nd from last on the bottom pulled out as its giving serious pain the problem is its worn down to the gum,is this a harder extraction?

You might have to go to a specialist to get it pulled ,it may be covered if you have health insurance (some policies only cover wisdom teeth extraction ) otherwise it could cost up to 300 euro.
