    Hi,
What is the cheapest method of achieving compliance with regard to 2008 Conservation of Fuel and Energy Regulations for a very small new build holiday cottage, sub 60sq. m.
Is it solar thermal or something else?
Does overheat protection add considerable expense to a solar thermal solution for a house which will be left unoccupied for long periods of time.

Your question is irrelevant as the 2008 regulations have been superseded.
