few HD channels not in regular EPG number

    i have just upgraded to hd subscription.
    i can see many HD channels have taken the normal EPG spot.
    but few others have not.
    example 112 is used by comedy central and not the HD version.
    but in UK 112 has HD channel
    same with 151 E! and also E4 channel too and discovery. may be more i am not aware of.
    in UK I believe HD has taken the top spot.
    is there a reason for doing that in Eire?

    Some channels have Irish adverts on the SD version, but don't have a HD version with Irish adverts.

    So they leave the Irish adverts version in the prominent EPG position.

    Adverts before viewers is the golden rule for these channels.
