Anybody recommend a cream that can help reduce pain from trigger points ? Went to physio and she gave me nothing except insults - im not fit as a swimmer  , and loads of core stuff . I'm dying to get back in the pool but with a gammy shoulder im not much use !

As a side note anyone else have this shoulder problem - what did they do to treat it ? Im doing the release stuff so any extras would be a help !

    What shoulder problem??

No cream will help trigger points! In the states the practitioners use a spray & stretch method but you cant get the right shaped nozzle on ice sprays here for that to work!! Treat them yourself with a foam roller/hockey balls/golf ball whatever! Roll around on the sore area, find a sore spot & hold till the pain reduces! Alternatively go to someone that does dry needling add they'll be trained in trp treatment! This is a Neuro muscular therapists bread & butter!

Edit: on my computer now This ,This & this will hopefully cover your problem. Focus on the 1st + 3rd video.lats and Subscap are feckers especially for swimmers!!!
