Unlocking a Samsung s2 from US

    I'm thinking of getting a friend to bring me back a Samsung S2 from the US. I'm not particularly looking for an unlocked one because theres probably not much difference in price well going by Amazon.com v Amazon.co.uk.
    What I would like to know is can they be got without contract but locked like pay as you go over here. Then when I get it over are they easily enough unlocked or does it depend on the network that they were on in the US.

    Ive unlocked a few sammys with this crowd, cheap enough too.

    Just type in the info it asks for and it send you on the code to unlock straight away.

    Just as simple as typing the code in and your done.
