SAT>IP technology

For some time now I've been using a DVBViewer Recording Service server to act as the central point for my satellite LNBs. Essentially I have five tuner points and the upshot is by using the DVBViewer server I can send satellte signals around my home network.

There's an article in this month's Wotsat regarding SAT>IP technology. From what I can see this is a further refinement of the UPnP server that DVBViewer provides.

What I'm not clear about is how and where SAT>IP servers can be bought. Can a DVBViewer installation like mine be adapted for SAT>IP or is a new dedicated server required?
