    i was hoping for sale at 12.30 to 2pm. . but from the nos i got id say ill be up after 40-50 mins. prob 10.45 ish.

    i know its prob better than lot 498 but should i have pulled out? and tried to get in later?

    anything to fear?

    bullocks 500-550kg. all around 15 to 17 months old

    I don't think you have anything to fear been early. After 40 mins of a sale you 'll have a good idea of trade on the day. Lot better than been late and crowd dwindling around the ring.

    I sold a few back and I was in the first ten of bull weanlings and got on fantastic. The crowd was already around the ring as bullocks before the bull weanlings. You should be grand where u are

    As long as you dont get the numbers i got last night sold mine at 2am this morning.

    Carnaross evening sale @7 cattle were arriving from 8am.
    good trade for good cattle was a buyer buying for the italian market must have bought 150 head

    If the starting number is pulled from a hat there's not a lot you can do about you number or when it's through the ring!

    The majority of them were charolais weanlings making €1000-1300 lim+bb were only getting up to €900 good big friesians were around €500 and then there was mine.
