I did a control panel for my own cab and it turned out great,
the art work is sandwiched between the mdf panel and the acrylic and the buttons and joysticks hold it all together.This also allows you to hide the joystick bolts under the art.

I also made the "glass" for the moniter and bezel,the marquee is also sandwithced between 2 pieces of acrylic and I made a kick board to protect the front of the cab.

Fair play man. I'd say if you also offered repro metal control panels for egrets etc you would have a few customers.
