[Wanted] 2/3 Bed Ringsend / Grand Canal Dock / Irishtown

    My friend and I have been renting an apartment in Ringsend for the last two years. We would hapily stay here for another 2 years but our landlady has told us that we cannot renew the lease as her daughter is moving in. We were given the standard 6 weeks notice and have less than 4 weeks left to go before we've to move out.

    We've been to see dozens of places but the ones that are half decent at a good price are usually gone before we get there!

    Most places that are put up on Daft.ie are posted after the tenants have moved out and are 'move in immediately'.

    So... are any of you moving out in the next 6 weeks?? (We're willing to pay rent from 1st Nov OR if necessary, we can bunk with friends for a week or two). We'd be willing to take a 3 bed and try to get another tenant or we'd also be happy enough to move into a house share. We're looking at Ringsend/D4 area, close enough to be able to walk into town.

    We are 2 female professionals, non-smoking, reliable and clean!

    Any help appreciated :)

    We're running out of time!! two and a half weeks left! Has anyone just given their notice or moving out in the next while?? PLEASE!!! :)
