    Hi guys
Just looking for a bit of advice, tenant says the clothes dryer has a water leakage??Is this caused by a buildup of lint in the lint filter?Does a dirty vent cause same??Is it easy to clean same?

The reason you may have water in the vent is because the vent is blocked. The water is coming from the clothes you have dried in the dryer and it has nowhere to go.

You need to give the vent a good cleaning or replace it with new.

What make and model is it?

Also check the vent outlet outside, there could be rain water getting in.
