Ebay selling account suspended permanently.

Hi,

i am very frustrated i have built up a good estore on ebay over the last four months selling up to 20 items a week. i have only got one negative feeback for an item shipped to the usa customer expected it within 4 days (long story dont want to get into it) and i have over 250 positive feedbacks.

i sold an item to someone a couple of weeks ago and he claimed the item was fake i told him that if he was unhappy with the item i would give him a full refund but also that i have all documents proving they were genuine which i had to submit to ebay to sell in the first place. after issuing a full refund i got a mail from ebay saying my account has been suspended permanently. MC008 is the reference.

i have mailed them asking them to look at the paperwork etc. but once they do this they said it cannot be reversed its so annoying after researching blogs forums etc it seems i cannot get this changed.

also they will shut me down if i setup a new one and they can track by my ip address.

sorry to ramble on im venting ha. anybody else have this problem.

250 positive feedback with only 1 negative. You supplied all documents to show items were legit and they still banned your account??

You telling the full story here?

MC008 is usually the reference for a temporary restriction but not for a permanent shutdown

hi i know it seems im not telling the full story but to sell as a shop on ebay alot of the time they ask for bank statements and proof of purchase which i submitted and with that they aloud me to sell so they ok'd it in the first place. but from what i am reading once they suspend you you dont even have the oppertunity to state your case. i have emailed customer care twice and they have told me this.
