Camping Spots in Waterford/Kilkenny

    Is Holly Lake/Lough Cullen private property? I want to go camping here but i need to know if its legal to do so. Any help will be appreciated and if it is private does anyone know any other good camping spots that are out of the way of people and houses?:D:)

    Outside the national parks everywhere in Ireland is private property, so strictly speaking you'd need to ask permission before camping there. Most farmers are fairly cool about it but it would be best to check before setting up camp for the night.
