My Cat got Sick

I don't want to sound like an over anxious pet owner but my cat got sick, it was mainly water and grass. She has done this once before. Is this normal? Only reason I'm asking is that she is FIV positive and I need to watch her health closely. Now, she was at vet's recently and vet confirmed her blood count was excellent and she is in very good health at the moment. Just wondering do cats normally get sick after eating grass.

Yes they do. It's pretty normal as far as I know. Our two cats do it every once in a while. (I'm guessing it helps with fur balls or similar).

Yes, often happens my lot. Grass helps with their digestion but it can also go the other way. No harm as long as their still eating and drinking.

Yup, I think it's something all cat owners go through, the clear/grassy sick. I find it's normally a precursor to a few days of regurgitating undigested food followed by the inevitable hairball, so it might be no harm to treat the kitty for a hairball at this stage. You can get stuff called defurrum paste in any pet shop or vets, I find it really works anyway!
