places to stay near the Hook

    Hey All,

    Looking for a place to stay next week nearish to the Hook/New Ross, any recommendations?

    Any assistance much appreciated

    Hi Johnny,

    Try Kilmokea House- haven't stayed there but have visited the gardens and tea rooms- very nice. Or Brandon House Hotel? Heard good things about it but again, I haven't stayed...

    Love Hook-it's one of my fave places in Wexford. The JFK Arboreteum is amazing too- well worth a visit if you've time- especially in autumn!

    Thanks much appreciated - will check both places out now - have been down to Wexford town a good few times and like it down there however never done the Hook!

    Not sure if you are sorted ,but the Brandon is grand. Rooms not out of this world but the food is excellent.
