Hi

Im having a few problems with my eyes at the moment, firstly I ordered prescription sunglasses but when I tried them on the lenses were clearly wrong so the optician changed them. Following the changed lenses I was still having problems with spatial awareness and headaches when wearing them. He was quite rude and told me I would get used to them.

Since this I went to another eye shop to get new everyday glasses and got them to check the prescription sunglasses. The optician advised me that the distance between the optical centres was 66mm, whereas my eyes were 59mm so this was the cause of the headaches.

However even though he knew this was a problem for me they still made up the new everyday glasses incorrectly with the same problem. Have since got them re made last week but they still dont feel correct. He also advised me that I have signs of retinal detachment in both eyes and to keep an eye out for floaters.

Ive been having a lot of eye infections and also I get this yellow bubble in the white of my eye if Ive been scratching them a lot. Optician said this sounded like an allergic reaction to something and wasnt too worried.

Im not sure if all of these thigns are connected but just wondered if anyone else had same issues??
