    I heard from a friend who lives there that it closed down because the guy who ran it went back home to China.

    Ain't opening back up, sorry bro.

    The restaurant was leased from the previous owners,The owners are renovating it soon apparently.

    The take away is still there, they closed down the restaurant. It was Peony Palace that closed down and they moved back to China.
