Fair play Brian, well done....
The Midwest Regional Authority is a rest home for the bewildered County Councillors who did'nt get a place on the Sheep Dip Committee or whatever, and have'nt got anything else to claim expenses for, it consumes money from some budget or other, and keeps a few Public Servants out of harms way, it serves no usefull purpose.
