Radiators not heating

Hello, I live in a 3 level house and the rads on level 2 are tepid whereas on ground and in attic they're hot. I've bled the level 2 rads and no air, just water comes out. Any ideas? I have to mention I changed a tap in the attic sink during the summer and turned off all valves in the hot press. Could I have caused an air lock? If so do I need a pro to sort this?

    thanks
    Djk

The valve you turned off to change your tap is part of your domestic supply, nothing to do with your heating, check that the pump on your heating is working, sounds like its not

If pump is able to pump to the third floor, it is unlikely to be pump issue. Is sounds like a restriction or motorised valve or isolation valve issue. Is the system zoned with motorised valves or a lever/gate type valve that can switch on or off the floors separately?

Thanks for the replies. There is a motorised valve for the 3rd floor. Weird thing is rads on 2nd floor heated up really hot on Saturday but back to the same tepidness ever since and all I did was change the timer to a later time. I've now set the timer to constant on but still nothing but tepid 2nd floor rads. Ground and 3rd floor rads hot. weird
