    Lads and Ladies

I'm putting my Bangernomics car up for sale.
    It's a 2000 BMW e46 320d. There is 172000 miles on the clock.
It has full leather interior and all the extras.
It has no NCT but I have the fail sheet. It needs a light adjustment, airbag sensor, 2 tyres, and handbrake shoes.
What should I look for it?
I would like to sell it as it is because I need the cash but if I had to I would do the bits for the NCT.
So basically what should I look for it both with and without NCT????

    Thanks.
