Hi. I was wondering if you had heard anything back about your backpay? I am agency hospital staff and although I am on the correct wage now I never got the back pay from cpl. Below I have an irish independent article saying that cpl had paid 60% of health care assistants and all nurse on call have had their back pay paid? did this actually happen? Cpl cant confirm this with me and my union rep is bringing is to some joint union meeting this month.
Anyway would be grateful to know your experience.
    Thanks

Hi. Unfortunately not! cpl said that they are waiting on midland health board manager (which covers hospital and community cpl employees in laois, offaly, westmeath and leitrim) to sign the agreement:\
Hope your enjoying your hard earned cash!

Hi. Am still waiting, pester power seems to be the only card I have. Hope you are getting in touch with them regularly for "updates", they need to know that you are not going to go away and asking for specific details of with who the hold up is.
    Best of luck

Celebrations here. I received some of the cash owed in todays payslip. I have asked them for a break down of the calculations.
Did others who received pay previously get it in installments or in one lot?

    Hello again,
Just if anyone is interested....I received a breakdown from the agency of how backpay from the agency workers directive was calculated and from the breakdown I can see that I have been paid the old rate of pay for bank holidays and annual leave days...also I have not been paid back pay for the last month before my wages were corrected. Has anyone else double checkee the figures when they received backpay?
