Error in downloading update - Error code 646

Hi, I never have any problems downloading and installing updates to my computer but the following update won't download, I have used 'Try again' and 'MS Fix it' several times but to no avail. It's an 'Important Update' as opposed to an 'Optional Update' and it's called 'Security update for Microsoft Works 9 (KB2754670)…

Hi,

I never have any problems downloading and installing updates to my computer but the following update won't download, I have used 'Try again' and 'MS Fix it' several times but to no avail.

It's an 'Important Update' as opposed to an 'Optional Update' and it's called 'Security update for Microsoft Works 9 (KB2754670) 2.1MB - Update failed, Error 646.

Any ideas?

p.s It has been available since 09/10/12. I have been trying it since then.
