Medical Insurance Relief

    Hi,

My friend had an insurance as BIK which a company paid for about 2 and half years. But this company does no longer exist as some other company took it over, and he has yet to claim medical insurance relief to revenue. Is it true that one who has an insurance paid by the company, can receive 20% of what a company paid as tax credit or lump sum?

I would really appreciate it if any of you could shed some light on this procedure.

    Many thanks,
