freeview hd box aerial problem?

Hi Guys. In donegal here..picked up a ican freeview hd box for the folks.hooked into the aerial and im getting the saorview channels and just the bbc channels. Thats it No signal display on utv/channel 4/chanel 5 etc and rest of the other freeview chanels. Any ideas? Cheers.

The BBC standard def. channels are the only Freeview with full coverage atm. Try a retune on Wednesday, after NI switchover stage 2 & you should get the 3 lots of public service channels (includes the 4 HD services) at least.
