I know the question is for dogs, but my cats are definately ticklish, if I tickle their little toe pads they go mad flicking their feet!

Funnily enough I found a spot behind Lil's ear last night when she was sat up on the sofa, I scratched it and her back leg went crazy jigging up and down, hours of enjoyment watching her!!
