Visual Arts can be tax exempt - what are visual arts?

    I'm wondering if anyone on here can answer this question for me....

    I am thinking of starting a small business and it will be to sell stained glass pieces. I'm also thinking that stained glass maybe falls under the category of 'Visual arts'.
    Does anyone know if the sale of such items are exempt from tax?
    I have looked up revenue and have found the following info, but it's not clear to me;

    Thanks.

    There is an artistic merit test applied by a committee, so a major one off piece might get relief, but mass production wouldn't.

    Hey victor, thanks for the reply. I'll have to look into it a bit more I think.
